PT. KIRIM EMAIL Indonesia — Remote
- I redesigned the main app, membership area, and website for KIRIM.EMAIL to make things easier and more enjoyable for users. This led to a 30% increase in user satisfaction.
- I gathered feedback from both users and the team to make sure everything stayed true to the brand. I also used heatmaps to spot pain points and made improvements to the code for a smoother experience.
- On top of that, I created a responsive email template that gave the brand a more professional and consistent look.

- I designed a web-based application using Figma and Adobe XD, then brought it to life with a custom WordPress theme, SCSS, and jQuery.

- A project initiated by KIRIM.EMAIL to establish a marketing channel with user consent.
- In this setup, advertisers transact with KIRIM.EMAIL, and KIRIM.EMAIL users earn commissions based on clicks and conversions from ads displayed in their emails.
- My role involved translating this concept into a visually appealing application design using Adobe XD. Subsequently, I implemented it into an HTML prototype to bring the idea to life.
