The product started as a simple “link in bio” tool, then evolved into an online shop, added a consultation feature, and eventually became an all-in-one commerce platform. As the product grew, the structure became messy—especially the sitemap, which struggled to support such different product shapes.

The UX copy and email notifications also needed updates to reflect the evolving product direction. At the same time, the overall design had to be refreshed to stay relevant and enjoyable for users in this new business model.

• We re-mapped the sitemap, reorganized key flows, and redesigned the app layout to better support the expanded offering.
• We refined the tone of the UX copy and emails to align with the new brand direction and make communication clearer and more approachable.
• To help users adapt, we introduced a personalized homepage that lets them choose how they want to use the product—whether for a simple link in bio, a full online store, consultations, or all-in-one.
• We also updated the user profile pages (seen by their customers or followers) without changing the core structure, keeping things familiar while improving the visual experience.
