My Challenge

The product started as a simple “link in bio” tool, then grew into an online shop, added consultations, and eventually became an all-in-one commerce platform.

As it evolved, the structure became messy—especially the sitemap, which struggled to support such different product shapes.

The UX copy and email notifications also needed to reflect the new direction, and the overall design had to stay relevant and enjoyable as the business model changed.

How I Tackle It

We re-mapped the sitemap, reorganized key flows, and redesigned the layout to better support the expanded product.
We refined UX copy and emails so they matched the new positioning and felt clearer and more approachable.
We introduced a personalized homepage where users can choose how they want to use the product—link in bio, store, consultations, or all-in-one.
We updated public profile pages without changing the core structure, so things stayed familiar while looking and feeling better.

The Result

Users can now shape the app around their needs—simple link in bio, consultations, online shop, or a full commerce setup—without feeling lost.
Existing users adapted smoothly because the core structure stayed familiar, while new users found the product easier to understand from the start.

What this says about how I work

I don't just keep adding features on top of a shaky structure. I step back, look at how the product is really being used, and reshape the flows and sitemap so the experience still feels simple as it grows.

In this case, clarifying the IA and giving users clear ways to "choose their mode" made a complex product feel flexible instead of overwhelming.
